Butterfly Salad

Vegetables are very healthy. Raw vegetables keep all their nutrients. We use red, orange and green vegetables. We make a vegetable salad and sandwiches. We get very creative.
Orange, carrots and red radishes
Red tomatoes
Green lettuce
Green pepper
We slice the carrots
We shred the lettuce and carrots
We slice the tomatoes and make circles
We slice the green pepper, radishes and olives.

We make sandwiches. Cut them in two triangles and make a butterfly shape.
We decorate the butterfly with the salad.
